Villa Giovanna si trova nel cuore del Golfo di Castellammare a circa 250 metri dalla spiaggia, e a circa 6 minuti dall'autostrada A29, molto vicina agli aeroporti di Palermo e di Trapani.
Nella Villa Giovanna ci sono 4 appartamenti indipendenti che possono accogliere da 2 a 6 persone. In breve, gli appartamenti sono uguali a due a due.
Al pianoterra vi sono i due appartamenti A , entrambi hanno una camera da letto matrimoniale e due camere da letto (una con 1 letto singolo e l’altra con 2 letti singoli, o, se preferite, con un letto matrimoniale), un stanza da bagno con la doccia, il soggiorno e la cucina, all’esterno vi è la veranda con una bella vista mare. L'appartamento è per massimo 5 persone.
Gli appartamenti B, posti al primo hanno 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e una camera con 2 letti singoli. Vi sono 2 stanze da bagno (una con la doccia e una con la vasca), una cucina ben attrezzata, un grande soggiorno (circa 45m2). Dalla terrazza anteriore si gode una incantevole vista mare. Nel retro vi è una veranda con un piccolo giardino.
Villa Giovanna è un'ottimo luogo dove trascorrere le vacanze estive, ma anche un ottimo punto per fare del turismo in tutta la Sicilia Occidentale. E’ ben collegata dall’Autostrada senza pedaggio A29. E’ a 30 Km dall’aeroporto di Palermo (Falcone e Borsellino) e a 40 Km dall’aeroporto di Trapani (Birgi).
Nelle vicinanze potete visitare: SEGESTA con il suo tempio e l’anfiteatro dove nel periodo estivo si svolgono molte rappresentazioni teatrali; SCOPELLO con i suoi faraglioni, la tonnaragli scogli e le sue coste; la riserva naturale dello ZINGARO, le Isole EGADI, TRAPANI, MARSALA, SELINUNTE .
Varra’ la pena visitare la statua del Satiro a MAZARA DEL VALLO. Sono facilmente raggiungibili PALERMO e MONREALE. Ma anche AGRIGENTO, SCIACCA ...

Villa Giovanna: Easy Sicily
Villa Giovanna is a self catering accommodation in the heart of the Golfo di Castellammare, about 250 meter from the sea, about 6 minutes far from the motorway A29. The beach is sandy and safe for children.
In the holidays home Villa Giovanna there are 4 independent flats to receive from 2 to 6 persons. The flats, in shorts, are similar.
In the groundfloor the flats A are provided of: one double bedroom, 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds or, if you prefer one double bed, and the other with a single bed), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a veranda with the view of the sea.
The flats B in the first floor are provided of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a very large living-room (45 m2), a fully equipped kitchen ( with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc), a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with tub, a terrace in front of the sea and a veranda in the back of the house.

Les appartements peuvent recevoir de 2 à 6 personnes.
Dans le rez-de-chaussée les appartements A sont fournis de: une double chambre à coucher, 2 chambres à coucher (1 avec 2 lits simples, et l'autre avec un lit simple), un séjour, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains avec la douche et une véranda avec la vue de la mer.
Les appartements B dans le premier étage sont fournis des 2 double chambre à coucher, une salle de séjour très grande (45 m2), une cuisine entièrement équipée (avec le réfrigérateur, le congélateur, le gaz-fourneau, le four, la vaisselle, etc..). une salle de bains avec la douche, une salle de bains avec baignoire, une terrasse devant la mer et une véranda dans le dos de la maison.

Villa ist Giovanna im Golfo di Castellammare ca. 250 meter vom Strand entfernt, 6 Minuten von der Autobahn.
Sie hat 4 Appartement und kann 2 bis 6 Personen ospitieren.
Die 2 Appartements A, in Parterre, haben ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und 2 Schlafzimmer (einen mit Einzelbett, die andere mit 2 Einzelbetten), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer und Kuesche, draußen ist eine Veranda mit Meeressicht.
Die 2 Appartements B, befinden sich in der ersten Etage, haben 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen Zimmer mit 2 einzelnen Betten. Dort befinden sich 2 Badezimmer (eine mit Dusche, eine mit Bad), eine Kuesche, ein kleines Zimmer mit waschecke, ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca.45 Quadratmeter). Vom der Terrasse aus hat man einen sehr schöne Aussicht zum Meer. Hinterm Haus befindet sich eine Veranda und ein kleiner Garten.
Villa Giovanna ist ein sehr schöner Ort wo man die Sommerferien verbringen kann und Westsizilien kennenlernt. Die Stadt ist 30 km von PALERMO FLUGHAFEN entfernt und 40 Km von TRAPANI FLUGHAFEN.
Sie können folgenden Orte besuchen: SEGESTA mit seinem Tempel und Amphieteather (im Sommer werden dort Komödien und Musikkonzerte angeboten), SCOPELLO mit seinen Fariglioni, die Tonnara und seine Kueste, die Naturschutzgebiet von „LO ZINGARO“, die INSELN EGADI, TRAPANI, ERICE, MARSALA,SELINUNTE. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch beim Satiro Statue in MAZARA DEL VALLO.Vom Alcamo Marina aus ist es leicht PALERMO, MONREALE, AGRIGENTO,SCIACCA zu erreichen.In die Nähen vonVilla Giovanna kann man auch die Terme Segestane besuchen.
