Executive Board Meeting January 24, 2009

To all Albuquerque District Officers and New Mexico Conference Officers who live in the Albuquerque District

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend the mid-year executive meeting at St. John’s United Methodist Church in Santa Fe at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2009. The business meeting will convene at 9:30.

Directions to St. John’s: on Interstate 25, take the Old Pecos Trail exit 284. Travel north about 2 miles. The church is at the northwest corner of Old Pecos Trail and Cordova Road.

Reports: All officers and chairpersons are asked to be ready with a brief oral report of your work and a written summary for the secretary since our last executive meeting in April, 2008.
