Like a bolt of lightening
It entered my head
How the entire world has turned
Into a place of dread
Where children are starving
And suffering from cold
With no chance at all
Of ever growing old
The constant terror
Spread here and abroad
While the countries leaders
Are leaving little to laud
In my prayers and dreams
I look hard and can see
Where people can live together
In peace and harmony
