Having saved 2 weeks worth of vacation days, I decided to take a solo trip to Australia over the Christmas holidays! Since I haven't done a trip of this length before, I decided that joining a tour would be a good idea. I decided on Connections Island Suntanner, which is a 14 day tour up the East Coast, starting in Sydney and ending in Cairns.

Here was my tentative itinerary...
- Dec 10 - 12
- Flight to Australia
- Dec 12 - Dec 19
- Staying at the Blue Parrot Backpackers hostel, in the Kings Cross area of Sydney
- Day trips to Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, etc
- Dec 18th 7:00pm Ticket to The Messiah at the Sydney Opera House
- Dec 20 - Jan 2
- Island Suntanner tour
- Jan 2 - Jan 6
- Staying at the Travellers Oasis hostel, in Cairns
- Day trips to Cape Tribulation, snorkelling, etc
- Jan 7
