WELCOME TO THE ALABAMA GOAT AUCTION! The Alabama Goat Auction was started April 1998. We were the first goat and sheep only auction in Alabama. We average 300 head per sale. The sale is every 1st and 3rd Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. We receive goats on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday until the sale is over. We invite you to come visit us.
Auctions are where the competition is. The next time you sale goats or sheep choose the auction method. Only by exposing your livestock to multiple buyers, will you get the true value and the top price, for your goats & sheep. And when you sale at our auction, you have our staff of livestock marketing experts on your side. It takes two buyer to have an auction. Less than two means there is no competition. It's just you against the buyer. When you sale you goats direct, there's no highest bid, only the final offer.
