Title:  The Nightmare Before Christmas
Starring:  Nobody good
Genre:  Kiddy Horror
Rated:  PG-13 for scary content
Rating:  ** (out of ****)

The movie was entitled The Nightmare Before Christmas. The director was Tim Burton. The entire movie was filled with clay scenes, clay characters, and, yes, clay cameras. The animation was brilliant. It was a sappy musical and totally unrealistic. Some of the catchy tunes included This is Halloween, What's This?, Kidnap the Santy Claus, Oogie Boogie's Song, and Poor Jack. The entire plot is about the people of Halloween town. It is their job each year to raid the upper world and bring havoc and chaos for Halloween. They're nice people by heart, but are terribly gross and evil by nature. They have a simple job; make Halloween terrifying as it always should be. The King of Halloween, the original Pumpkin King himself, was known as Halloween Jack. Jack was a cocky adventurous sort, but he always felt his life was missing something. After Halloween one year he went walking in the woods and stumbled upon a door to a dimension or utter surprise.

He entered Christmas Town. This is where Santa and his elves, like the people of Halloween Town, prepare to get ready for their holiday, Christmas. Jack was filled with wonder and awe and the new sites and sounds of Christmas. Returning to town, he told everyone of his new idea. Steal Santa Claus and have the people of Halloween Town take over Christmas! They'd give Santa a break for the year. To do this, Jack needed to help of everyone in town. This included three little trick-or-treaters by the names of Lock, Shock, and Barrel. Their mission was simple. Kidnap Santa Claus.

With Santa out of the way, Jack could prepare his new ideas for Christmas time. However, little did he know that Lock, Shock, and Barrel had taken Santa Clause to an evil monster by the name of Oogie Boogie. Jack's plans for Christmas continued with undead Reindeers and a slew of demonic presents. When the day came, Jack set out to the town above. But the Christmas he brought wasn't joy and happiness... but sorrow and misfortune. Even Halloween town suffered from the nightmare before Christmas...
