Title: Erin Brockovich
Starring: Julia Roberts
Genre:  Comedy, Drama
Rated: R for excessive cleavage content
Rating: ** (out of ****)

Ok, this was a cute little movie, nothing special to it. It had some good parts, and it had some bad parts. The movie starred Julia Roberts and some other guy (who was terribly uncredited), but mostly just Julia. She played the real-life character Erin Brockovich (thus the title). I didn't bother counting her costume changes, but GOOD LORD! Every scene she wore a different dress. Most outfits were only worn for several seconds! It was more of a fashion show then a movie. Anyway, on to the review.

Erin is a mother of three little children whose been divorced twice already. She has a mouth the size of Virginia (there are two possible answers to that one...). She's also terribly in debt. No job will hire her due to her lack of skills. And no, The Man, that is not a skill.

So, after a lawsuit that goes terribly poor for her, she returns to the law office that had done such a bomb job on her case and demands a job. The head lawyer guy, Ed (actor uncredited) feels pity for poor Julia and gives her a job. She starts looking up on a big toxic chemical case. After a while this becomes her new obsession as she leaves her kids with a biker (pretty sad, huh?). However, Ed likes the case she's workin' on and decides to follow it.

To do so, Erin and Ed will need to take on a big twenty-eight billion dollar cooperation that's been polluting groundwater that's caused cancer in over six-hundred families. With their team work, Erin and Ed bring the toxic chemical plant to their knees and save the day. Like I said, a cute little movie. No big impact and it's there to watch if you need something to do. It's a two out of four on the Alaay measurement.
