The art that lasts a millennium!

Here are two works of art -  the one to the left is from the Middle East
and was created in the fourth millennium B.C. The clay body is terra cotta  The vase to the right is from 17th century China and is porcelain with overglazes of gold and enamel.

The Porcelain Place Studio is located in between Fairbanks and North Pole, Alaska.  It is a home studio, which is large enough for two or three artists. There is a combination mold pouring and firing room, which houses two kilns. With this small studio the artist or student artist receives a greater amount of personal attention.  If you are interested in a class, please look at my class page.  If you are coming to the Fairbanks area and need a place to work, firing, or a product to help finish a piece, please e-mail me to confirm a time and if I have what you need.
