(1693-1735) was a privateer, pirate, and member of the Assassin Order, active in and around the Caribbean during the early 18th century's golden age of
piracy. He serves as the protagonist of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, He is also the father of Haytham Kenway and grandfather of Ratonhnhak�:ton respectively, the playable characters of
Assassin's Creed III.
