Entry requirements:

This course is for school leavers aged 16-18 years.

You should have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade D or above including Mathematics and a Science; a BTEC Introductory Diploma or a related level 1 qualification.

Course content:

This is a computing course which will prepare you for careers or further study in information and communication technology. It is designed to prepare you for work as a PC Technician.The course covers PC Building and troubleshooting, networking and information systems.

You will study a range of subjects which will develop your skills in problem solving and team working applied to computing and IT. You will also develop key/functional skills in Number, Information Technology and Communication.

All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This includes free internet access.
