Job Responsbilities

Process accounts payable including check request assignment of costs and scheduling and distribution of payments either manually or by computerization.
Reconcile Accounts Payable General Ledger Account along with the current cash Requirement Report on a monthly basis.
Prepare and process payroll.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as preparing bank and deposit tickets and physically making deposits on a daily basis or as volume dictates.
