1)Power cycle the modem/Router.

2)Turn the modem/Router off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on,some models may require you to pull the power cable out and  re-attach it.

3)Power cycle network devices.If you have your modem/Router connected to other network devices like a router, switch or server,  you will need to power cycle or restart these devices.

4)Check the physical connection of your Modem/Router, and ensure all the Connections are right.

5)Please make sure the phone cable is plugged securely into the modem/router.

6)Disconnect all other devices sharing the ADSL line, devices such as a fax or phone using the same phone line as the ADSL  may at times cause interference to the ADSL signal. Try unplugging them temporarily and re-trying the ADSL connection.

7)If you have any firewall Installed try by temporarily uninstalling it.
No Browsing
Before contacting the Airtel HelpDesk, try the following:
If your ADSL link light is "on" , but you have difficulty logging onto the Internet, or using your Web Browser, this may be caused by a data transfer fault. This means that there is a OS related Problem or there is communication problem between your modem and the Airtel server.
