Get fighting fit, fast!
The women's only fitboxing class blends, fitness work, circuit training, kickboxing techniques and self defence to make a fun and functional workout.
This goes a step beyond the usual leotard-clad boxercise classes because you
are learning the same martial arts skills as are taught in the main classes.
Our core kickboxing system, Crazy Monkey (CM®) Boxing is designed to teach
defence first and then build from there to give you safe, hands-on experience
in kickboxing.
You will build your skills, co-ordination, fitness and confidence while
learning to handle yourself under pressure, in– and outside of training.
It doesn’t matter what you want to get out of your training - it is your training, your development is the most important factor. Self defence is only one reason
for training.
What do you want to get from it?

- Get trim, toned and strong with kickboxing. All classes combine aerobic
training to improve your cardio with resistance training to improve your
strength as well as core stability and flexibility.

- Kickboxing is excellent as a stress reliever - exercise makes you feel
great, helps you relax and you get all your frustrations out on pads and bags.
- self defence
- We train for functional performance – whether for sport or the street. First
you’ll learn to protect yourself so you can be confident that you are safe.

- You will be training in a group of like minded people who will all help you
get the most from your training. You will learn to challenge your boundaries in
an environment where you feel safe to do so. Through challenge comes growth.
