when a kind is a question
Are you one of people who likes to help others? Nowadays, many people questioning with people who actually has a good attitute to help others. In survey with 100 people, 89% of them stated that they rarely meet person who do a nice action without asking feedback. By this situation, when someone do a “kind” it will only lead another people to think negatively to the person or just questioning in their mind that actually there’s still the population of kind people in this era. There are several reasons why people might not like to be kind with another.
The main reason why people are not kind is the behaviour that comes with the globalization. People became ignorant, selfish and arrogant. Moreover, some of them feel that they are the best in this world by showing their position. By this condition, they think that people under their position are not in the same level with them so they will not even smile to those unlevel people. These actually lead the low level people to say there must be something when high level people did a kind with them.
Another causes that lead people to be unkind is that because they do not want to make their self to be busy with another people’s problem. They might be have something to do while another people need help. They will think that their problem is the most important than others. Moreover, they even try to ignore anything happen around him/her. Just like when someone got accident, people who are passing the accident are don’t even try to lend their car to depart the people who got accident to go to the hospital. The things that they do even only passing the railway without feel that she/he need to help others.
In the other hand, people might like to be unkind because they do not want to blamed as a pocker face in front of others. If we go back to the previous era, when a kind is a habit or even has become a culture in Indonesia, but in this era, “kind” is only the simple way to get omething from another people because they believe that the people who helped by others will feel that actually they have an obligation to repair what people has gave to them. But, this kind of thinking is not consist in old generation era, because they will help people based on their own wealingness and will not ask anything from another people. If then the people still want to giive something for them, it’s actually as only the bonus by giving a humble and nice action to another people.
In conclusion, people will questioning when they meet a kind people because it is not the characteristic of the globalization human that actually this kind of paradigm need to be change by the society because becoming a kind people is not as bad as they think about feedback that will be aked by the people who we help. So, will you still stand with your ignorant?
