Abstract

    There are energy development issues today such as geographic disparities in energy demand-supply, stagnant development on utilization of renewable energy, and the limited supply of fossil energy in the long term, especially for oil. The solution of these problems can be solved by released government policies such as law, government regulation, presidential regulation, presidential decree, presidential instruction, ministry regulation, and ministry decree. In line with the dynamics of the community who continues to innovate, therefore some of the government policies and regulations that available today will be revised.
