Pengembangan Moda Transportasi BBG untuk Sektor Transportasi di Pantura
(Development of Gas Fuel Transportation Mode for Transportation Sector in North Coast of Java) 

Abstract

Energy demand in transportation sector mostly fulfilled using oil fuels, such as gasoline and diesel oil. Energy crisis that hit in 2004 have pushed the government of Indonesia to substitute oil fuels by using gas fuels. Marginal gas resource is one of the alternative sources to supply gas fuels in transportation sector. Analysis result shows that gas demand in transportation sector in Pantura region would be supply from marginal gas resource during 12 years. From various options of gas fuels transportation modes show that using Mini CNG Plant to supply gas refueling station via CNG trailer is the most optimal option to be developed.
