Sono nato a Roma. In quel periodo o si partoriva a casa con l'assistenza di un'ostetrica, oppure in una clinica o in un ospedale di Roma, ma non a Ladispoli in quanto ne era priva, come lo è  ancora oggi. Mia madre decise di partorire a Roma in una clinica della zona Prati e dopo cinque giorni dalla mia nascita tornò a Ladispoli, quindi, sono Ladispolano a tutti gli effetti e sono fiero di esserlo. Ne e' passato di tempo ... oggi Ladispoli e' una città con oltre 25.000 abitanti mentre allora ne contava poco meno di mille, ci conoscevamo tutti per nome e si lasciava la chiave infilata nella toppa di casa. Credo che oggi i suoi abitanti neanche si conoscono. Anche se negli anni '60 è stata saccheggiata dall'avidità dei palazzinari, rimane sempre la culla dove sono cresciuto.

I was born in Rome. In that period you either were given birth in the home with the assistance of a midwife, or in a clinic or in a hospital in Rome, but not in Ladispoli in as much it was deprived of a hospital, as it is still now. My mother decided to give birth in Rome in a clinic in Prati a suburb of Rome, and five days after my birth she returned to Ladispoli, therefore, I am Ladispolano in every aspect and I am very proud of it. A long time has passed... today Ladispoli is a city with over 25.000 inhabitants while at the time you could count a few less than a thousand, we all knew each other by name and you could leave your house key inserted in the key whole of your door without fear. I believe that today Ladispoli’s inhabitants don’t even know each other. Even if in the 60’s Ladispoli is defaced by the avidity of builders, it still and always will remain the crib of where I grew up.
