Authored Business Office Accounting portal, which consists of over 20 subsections, to effectively communicate Business Office procedures and requirements.
Update as needed with revised forms. Continue to improve portal by adding useful pages.
Implementation of processes and procedures with regard to certificates of insurance
Currently piloting an insurance program, aimed at reviewing documents submitted to District Office, in relation to facility rental and vendor contracts
Accounting responsibilities :
