- Students wishing to progress onto Holistic based courses, i.e. body massage
and reflexology
- Students wishing to progress onto Nursing
- Anyone wishing to learn about the human body and how it works

- The Skin, Hair and Nail
- The Skeletal System
- The Muscular System
- The Nervous System
- The Reporductive System
- The Endocrine System and the Female Breast
- The Digestive System
- The Excretory System
- The Blood and Lymphativ Systems
- The Respiratory System
- The Olfactory System
THIS is A THEORY BASED COURSE CONSISTING OF PRESENTATION,
GROUP
WORK, ENQUIRY BASED LEARNING AND DISCUSSIONS (including lectures on topics)
Entry Requirements:
- No formal qualification is required but applicants will be requested
to answer a questionnaire before enrolling onto this course.
Qualifications gained:
- Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology (VTCT) - NVQ Level 3

Course Assessment:
- Formative written or on-line assessments will be ongoing throughout the
course. Summative (final) written assessment upon completion of the course,
followed by an external exam at the end.

Career Opportunities/ progression:
- Successful students can progress onto Body massage and Reflexology. (once
Body Massage has been achieved students can then progress onto Indian Head
Massage and Aromatherapy and Sports Massage.
