Objectives:

At the end of this session you will be able to state:

Functions of Kidney: regulation of fluid balance, maintenance of pH in body fluid, control of sodium and potassium, excretion of waste, hormone secretion

Nephron structure: renal tubule, glomerulus, bowman's capsule, arterioles

Excretory system: kidneys, skin, bladder, ureter, large intestine
