Jesus made reference to children many times. In Matthew 15:21-28 this reference is made 21 Jesus then left Galilee and went north to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Gentile woman who lived there came to him, pleading, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! For my daughter has a demon in her, and it is severely tormenting her." 23 But Jesus gave her no reply - not even a word. Then his disciples urged him to send her away. "Tell her to leave," they said. "She is bothering us with all her begging." 24 Then he said to the woman, "I was sent only to help the people of Israel - God's lost sheep - not the Gentiles." 25 But she came and worshiped him and pleaded again, "Lord, help me!" 26 "It isn't right to take food from the children and throw it to the dogs," he said. 27 "Yes, Lord," she replied, "but even dogs are permitted to eat crumbs that fall beneath their master's table." 28 "Woman," Jesus said to her, "your faith is great. Your request is granted." And her daughter was instantly healed.
We can also see this reference about children in Matthew 19:13-15 13 Some children were brought to Jesus so he could lay his hands on them and pray for them. The disciples told them not to bother him. 14 But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." 15 And he put his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left.
Jesus also said that we must help children. We can see this reference in Matthew 18:1-5 1 About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Which of us is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?" 2 Jesus called a small child over to him and put the child among them. 3 Then he said, "I assure you, unless you turn from your sins and become as little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. 4 Therefore, anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. 5 And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me.
Jesus also warns what will happen if someone hurts a child in Matthew 18:6 But if anyone causes one of these little ones who trusts in me to lose faith, it would be better for that person to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around the neck.

The Thoughts Of An Unborn Child-Author Unknown
Mommy keep me safe, Mommy keep me warm, Handle me with all your love, Mommy keep me from harm. I'm only six weeks old today, This birthday gift to me, A pair of bright blue eyes That someday you will see. I've barely got ears, A little puppy nose, and at the end of my feet, Little things called toes. Looking forward to my life, toys, teddy bears, snails, and long fairy tales. Where are we going mommy, in a bath, on a bus ride or, perhaps far away. Where are we going being pushed at all force. How funny it feels passing through doors, people dressed in green, if they hurt you mommy just scream. What's happening mommy, I'm starting to cry, Mommy come quickly, they're making me die, Killing me quickly, Pulling me apart, everything inside of me even my heart, Bye mommy, good-by But how I wanted to see the grass, the trees, hear a sweet song, feel a sweet breeze. Bye mommy good-bye I love You I really do I just wish you could love me too. ~ Thank You Loretta ~
