RICHENBAR (IV) GOLD MINE
There are only a few closed mines and prospects on the AFNM.
The mine minerals are Au, Ag, Cu & Pb and ore production was greator
than 25,000 tons from three mine locations west of I-17 and one (IV) on
the AFNM east of I-17. The east mine was worked in a north striking quartz
vein in the Badger Springs Granodorite from 1905 to 1948. The operators
were Richinbar Mines Co. and Sterling Gold Mining Corporation.
