The Innkeeper is an elderly woman who's husband had died trying to keep one of the many and frequent riots that have become a part of life in the city of Martelain from reaching their establishment about 30 years ago. She is very polite to customers but is very hard on her employees. She runs the kitchen with an iron grasp, and makes sure that everything is always as good as is possible. Her name is Berneillia Innman. This establishment does not have a "bar" like many of the other places around as she prefers tables, that way she can move them around every so often. She lives in the room in the corner over the door to the street outside, and this is the only room in the place that has a window, but it only overlooks a narrow street that dead ends at her door.
