Sesion # 2: Time to Rest
In few hours the surviving strike team arrived to the home base only to realize that more soldiers had made camp outside the old ruins and there had began the reconstruction of the old Thanfei Fortress. Specially there was a big and dark tent in front of the ruins portals, where an strange looking zicetan was eating on the ground, looking around toward the "new comers".
When the vehicles stopped Lina asked her prisioner her name, and then presented herself to the zicetan wizard Fatima abd Hussain, as the Red Iron Sorceress, and informed her against trying to escape showing all the soldiers around and telling her that none of them will be as nice to her as she had been until now... if she run away, the soldiers would have a toy to play. Then Lina, a couple of soldiers and Illean'dra took Ishtar's dead body and the chest that was under her custody a few hours ago, and asked permision to see the "Master". When the Hassam the Crazy Djinn saw the elven maiden, adn what she an her companions carried, he turned disapeared only to reapear a few seconds latter permiting them to pass while staying himself to guard the door.
There they found an unexpected sight so far away from civilization, the tent was in truth a magician laboratory, an arcane and religios library an a temple to a forgotten deity... or not so forgotten if they looked well to the "Master." She was a slim a beautiful woman dressed in not well covering clothes and her face was hidden under a red dragon's mask, she was graceful and sensual like an elf but imposed the dark power of her true master, the old and forgotten dragon and demon goddess Tiamat. Illean'dra presented the Red Iron Sorceress, and after the soldiers left Ishtar's body in the altar dedicated to the dark dragon goddess, she presented her master, Lady Drako, high priestess of Tiamat, behind her were her 4 assisstants, they looked almost as copies of Drako, except fot the color of the dragon's mask, each one was a diferent color (black, white, blue and green).
Lady Drako thanked both of them and promised even more power if they continued being as effective as they had been until now, then she sent them away after giving Illean'dra green light to offer a new contract to her "candidates".
When they left the Master's Tent, Illean'dra called for her strike team, and told them that whatever was in the coachs was for their taking, and if they wanted they could go as soon as they were ready... but her master has asked her to make the 5 of them a proposition. Her master, herself and this small band of warriors were only the vanguard of a powerful army that will bring the bring down the mighty Cephyro, it will burn their palace and bury their heroes.
This army was commanded by a secretive conclaved called that called itself the Scarlet Spider, and Lady Drako was one of their chief conspirators, she was the chief commander of this small incursion, and she was under the power to offer them a position of power inside the future government of the conquered Cephiro or as much riches that they will be prosperous for an elven lifetime.
None of them thought it for much time, the 5 of them for their different reasons accepted Illean'dra's (more likely Lady Drako's) offering and finished signing the contract that they earlier had began signing with the bloof of Cepiro's defenders.
In the first opportunity they began dividing (or more likely hidding their part of) the treasure. Lina looked around her coach and after finding some money, a "magic wand" and a scroll with a few spells she stopped looking and gave some of the merchandises to her comraders in arms and began analyzing the scrolls to learn what they were for.
Gargamel prefered to return to his forest and asked only for a few gems and golden pieces, he was more than happy with his first payment, and was thinking to ask the Last Forest for himself after the war with Cephiro.
Malek discovered when Jumex del Valle found a lot of gems, jewels and some art within the noble ladies' coach, and asked for eaveryone's part. Considering his posibilities, Jumex gave the evil cleric all what he could find... then the human divided it in 2, one of them he put aside, and the other divided in 2, he took one of this halves for himself and the other for Jumex, and told him "damn so few to give the rest, well i believe is an equal share" and then he went away, and Jumex returned to more pressing matters taking the 2 noble girls in the coach, the red headed was Amelia and she was the daughter of the Lord Seneschal of Greywaters, and the blond was her cousin Camelia, both of them were returning to their home after a trip to Valanya, one of the northern califates of Ziceta. Then Jumex believing in the posibility to ask for ransom surrendered them to Illean'dra, who was giving new orders to her elven rebels, so she could take a custody of these new prisioners.
At last Marek arrives with Lina to negotiate how much of her coach's treasure are to be divided between the strike team, at the same time than giving her dilutted part of the Jumex's coach. Soon enough Lina divides all equally but take Fatima under her "custody". Apparently all are happy with their parts, but as Jumex can believe Marek took the biggest shares of the treasure and was interested in getting a lot more.
After reporting with their supperiors and getting their hands in as much tresure as they could get, Lina decided to visit the nearest town for some good food and beer, taking Fatima with her, for this trip she invites Jumex and before they desappear from the Scarlet Spider's Campament
