Not Theory but Thought
Not Theory but Thought is more than a piece of music, taking away the
theory that often blankets music perhaps mirroring Setting Sun's
"Seven Ages" in the dark ambient journeys that the music sometimes
take, but Not Theory but Thought's music is different in the sense in the way it disregards ambient as a pleasant background music and embraces post rock and thought and creates something new but also frightenly similar.
First formed in 1998, Not theory but thought's work were off it's time
I guess which shows influences of what was to come with Seven Ages
and Distance, but the pieces were designed to be shorter and more
straight to the point of dark ambience with splatterings of live
instruments
Three CDR's were done between 1998 to 2002. Anybody interested in
