Justin is a cultivated, sensitive, gentle young man with an angst-ridden past and a dark secret. In his youth he was the subject of a clandestine East German experiment codenamed Projekt Biergartenschnitzeldummkopfgesundheit. As a result, he gained the ability to project himself into the internet and alter reality through superior hand-waving plot hole technology. His inner goodness won out and he abandoned a life of violence for a life of creative writing, producing very artsy, surrealistic poems and stories in which everyone is unhappy and the world ends in vaguely allegorical ways. It is only coincidental that he wishes Hideaki Anno hadn't started taking anti-depressants. Unfortunately, Justin's convenient demigod-of-the-Wired talents will not be revealed until the third season, so he compensates by wasting hour after hour staring slack-jawed at 404 errors. In his free time he learns difficult languages and shops for clever and/or nonsensical t-shirts.
