Dear Barrister Graham,
I am sorry to say that I have heard nothing from either Union Creditors Bank or Indemnity Bonds International. It appears that they are taking little interest in our business at the present time. I wrote to Mr. Ross at Indemnity and told him that I will be travelling to London soon so we could meet in person and take care of any loose ends.
I can only assume that there has been a breakdown in communications somehow or perhaps there is some kind of national holiday in Ivory Coast that has put banking to a stop for a short time. I would like to get this whole business concluded but I am starting to doubt that things will work out. Perhaps you will have more luck in contacting these fine people than I have had.
Sincerely,
