I talked to the local Western Union outlet today and they said that they believe a computer problem is responsible for the delay in funds transfer. They gave me a form for you to fill out to redeem the funds. Just fill out the form and take to your local Western Union outlet and also send me scan of the form so that I can go to my outlet and we can work this out in real time.
Computer trouble is one of the reasons that I had originally suggested sending you cash through DHL. Since the Western Union has already fouled up this simple $100 transaction, I am loathe to send any more this way. Let's work out the details so that I can send you the money in a package.
