Dear Mr. Graham,
Thank you for keeping me updated about the progress of our clandestine deal. I am most pleased that you were willing to send some money to the Afghan Children's Fund as a sign of good faith on your part. Therefore I have sent $100 US to the address earlier indicated by Mrs. Coker via Western Union:
NAME: Jonathan George
ADDRESS: 126 old secretariat Complex, Port Harcourt Rivers State
TEST QUESTION: "What is the best way to move money?"
ANSWER: "Out the back door."
When I have received confirmation from my contact at the White House, I will release the rest of the funds to you. I understand that this is probably not normal practise but I really need the reassurance that the William Barnes fund will be safeguarded therefore I propose that you keep the fund in escrow and not release anything to my Bank of America account until I pay your fees in full. If you want to reduce the amount of my total payment to cover any interest charges, I understand.
Thank you again,
