Dear Mr.Cooper,
Thank so much for your fast response and information. My secretary will be going immediately to the DHL office to send the 100 naira to the address as you stipulated ;I hope this will go a long way to clear your biased mind.
I have been in contact with the director of foreign operations of the union bank of Nigeria this morning to know if it will be possible for the funds to be transfered from Nigeria as you emphasised and he made me to understand that they have already passed an instruction to Union Creditors Bank Abidjan to release the funds since they do not have enough dollar currency to pay but he assured me that once they recieve the dollar exchange control approval from the federal ministry of finance Nigeria which they have already applied for and awaiting confirmation. Also he mentioned that they will nullify the exchange of trust bond between the two banks to ensure that they make the payment fom Nigeria once they recieve the approval from the FMF to make the payment in united states dollars.
I observe that you are a serious minded business man and would want to use this medium to reassure you that this project is risk free. At the clouser of this project I would be glad to enter into a joint partnership venture with you on my arrival to the USA
I will give you more updates once I hear from the bank.
Thanks.
Sincere regard,
Richmond Graham (Hon)
