Dear Mrs Coker,
Thank you for clearing up my questions about the legal documentation. I suppose that the cost is covered by the 5% of the Fund that is set aside for expenses.
The bank seems to be concerned that the entire amount cannot be moved without attracting attention of anti-terrorist law enforcement. We could set up a few shell corporations and move the fund a little at a time into each one so as to not look suspicious. I can do this with little trouble as I know people in the Caymans and Honduras who can set up something for us quickly and with little cost. We should also consider this if we want to avoid paying too much tax. Let's face it. Nigerians are probably overtaxed like the rest of the US and Canada.
