Dear Mrs. Coker,

      I have attached the power of Attorney form for your chambers' use. I'm sorry that the passport was unacceptable but I hope that bank will reconsider accepting it. Although it is no longer valid for me to use for travel, it was legal proof of who I am and I have not changed since it expired. If the bank must absolutely have another form of identification they can contact my personal secretary, Ms. Humphreys at xxx-xxx-xxxx (USA) as she handles all such things. I do not drive myself anywhere so I don't have the need to keep a driver's license on my person.
