I tried to break into the middle of a scam bait by pretending that I had been in contact with the scammer for some time and that he had simply lost track of one of his victims. I was successful in getting this lad's e-mail password and shutting him out of his account. Unfortunately, it appears that I was the only person getting "scammed" from this account and was therefore unable to warn off other potential victims. Too bad since this scammer belonged to the infamous Larry Williams gang which has successfully scammed thousands from gullible victims. |
