Dear Sir/Madam,
I received your mails dated and 03/10/03,I understood
all you said.
I would like you to understand that I am only asking
you to pay my charges which form part of the
expenses that I will incure during the course
representing you, if I have the resources to do this,
then there would have been no need asking you to pay me
the fees but unfortunately, my chamber has exausted all
we have at the moment on the litigation cases we are
currently handling for some other clients making our
finance tied down, and can make any trip to your country
for now.
We want to represent you in a manner that we will not
dissapoint you and to be able to do this, we need to
have the finance hence, our demand which we beleive is
to your own good because we will not want to start
representing you and along the line run into financial
crisis that may force us to abandon your
representation, we value your job and we will be most
happy to carry it out as best as we can, so we need
your co-operation and kind understanding to be able to
do this.
We understand your explanations at the moment, but
please kindly understand our situation and the need to
make your representation successful.
We will need your co-operation in this matter.
Respectfully,
William Kingrade(SAT).
