Dear Mr. Kingrade,

      Thank you for your letter regarding your fees. I think that they are quite reasonable amounts but I will need you to come to pick up the money as cash in person in either Dublin or London. I also have some paperwork which I will need you to sign so I can turn it in to my people here. Computer facsimile is not accepted by the Finance Ministry as of yet so you can just sign it when we meet and I will turn it in to the appropriate officials after you have returned home.

I realise that this may be an inconvenience for you so I will gladly re-imburse the price of air-fare to either Dublin or Heathrow airports. Come and enjoy yourself in my part of the world and we can meet for dinner and drinks and partying.
