Consequence upon my investigation through our monitoring unit this morning, I wish to express my pleasure to introduce myself formally to you. I am Rev. Koffi Adams, the inspector general to West African banks and security institutions. Before my appointment offer to inspect all commercial banks and security companies around West African and sub-region, I have my working experiences with SSB Bank; Eco Bank; Douglas Morgan Company Ghana; Citi security and Financial Inc, which is where I worked last before my appointment as the inspector to West African banks.

It is therefore interesting to note that due to previous experiences you may have encounted during the cause of lifting your gold resulted to my involvement to assist you in this manner to work with you and make sure that your goods are recovered and transferred in your position.

I am only an insider who has to follow up your records with the security officers due to the nature of my job and commitment I decided to utilize my position in the nation to assist you receive your Goods(Gold dust). Note adequately that I am not in position of your goods but will highly assist in directing you through instructive information to deal with the right bank or Security Company as I will inform you immediately prior to my request to discuss with you on this regards.

Therefore, this is the right time for you to adhere and follow the right channel to claim your gold. The Gold mining institution responsible for your goods transfer acknowledged to me that they cannot transfer your gold only because they cannot meet up with the requirements of the West African Economic shipment law for such shipment. Following this problem the shipping agency here in Ghana instructed another foreign aid shipping agency to make shipment of your goods totaling 50 kilos in all without any further delays.

Please I advise you to kindly call me so that I will attend to you regarding your goods. Do not hesitate to inform me about everything in order to help you in directives and hoping that you act accordingly as you receives information about this.
