Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

I have sent a scan of my passport for identification purposes but it is really not necessary for you to arrange for a visa for me. Although I do appreciate your efforts, I can obtain my own travel documents at my own expense.

I have not made any firm travel plans yet but I will let you know when I plan to leave so that you may tell me what is a good time in your schedule.
