[The opportunity to scam some money of this guy looks too risky. I checked his IP number from his last mail and it is very close to Dublin. I have a bad feeling that if I were foolish enough to try to collect any money, one of the scammer's friends would be waiting for me at Western Union. I'm not touching this one with a barge pole.]
