Also we need to have a sales and purchase agreement sign between the seller and you the buyer , with regard to that, we are ready to issue you an official invitation or a cable visa to enable you pay a two day visit for practical inspection , testing, negotiate conditions and terms of payment acceptable by seller and buyer ,and to start shipment in your presence.
