I must thank you for giving me this alternative method for doing business with your company. After my troubles in New York I am in no mood to travel a great distance and I will be happier to do business in London so that I can stay closer to my home. I am very embarrassed that I caused you to waste your evening waiting at the airport. If I could have rung your mobile number I would have kept you informed but all attempts to reach your number have failed. The same with Mr. Ibrahim. Perhaps there is trouble with the international lines connecting Ghana.

I will contact Mr. Nyame immediately and set things up for a London meet.
