Dear Mr.Ibrahim,

I am sorry that I missed your call. The hotel staff received it while I was at the hospital visiting my dear Auntie who has fallen very ill, very suddenly. Her illness was the reason that I had to leave Dublin suddenly. Unfortunately I will now have to delay the opening of Emerald Isle Jewelers for a fortnight. I do not want to trouble you with these things any longer so I will get right to the point.

I have had to make a small adjustment to my travel schedule. Instead of arriving in Accra on 1 May, I will arrive on the evening of 2 May.

The good folks at Douglas Morgan Group have agreed to meet me at the airport.

I look forward to meeting with all of you on 3 May when we can finalise the details of this purchase. The Golden Tulip Hotel has good conference facilities which we can utilise or we can go to your company facilities which may be the better choice so I can ready my assay equipment for verification of the consignment.
