Dear Sir,

It is very kind of you to offer to receive me at the airport. Actually I find it quite reassuring to know that you will be there because I am nervous about travelling alone with a large amount of cash. If it is not too much trouble, could I request that you accompany me to the Golden Tulip Hotel until I can put my valuables in the hotel safe? It would ease my mind.

I have made a minor adjustment to my schedule because the only flight available on Sunday would have arrived in Accra very late in the evening and I do not want to inconvenience you. My flight details are:
