I have booked my flight to Accra for Sunday May 1. I will be staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel on Liberation Road until May 8. I will send you my phone number when I arrive. I would like to talk to you on the phone but none of the numbers you gentlemen have given me seem to be ringing through. Perhaps there is a country code missing?

I had to cancel my Antwerp trip to travel unexpectedly to the United States. The telephone number at this hotel is xxx-xxx-xxxx. I shall be here in Seattle until I leave for Ghana so if we cannot talk by phone I hope that you will remain in contact with me my mail until then.

I will have the total amount for the taxes, charges and fees that you stated earlier.
