Dear Norman,
Thank you for your prompt response. I am in receipt of your Mailing Address as I requested but, you forgot to tell me how you want to receive the money from the Bank. Do you want a certified bank check or, through your bank account by direct wire transfer? Let me know in your response as soon as possible because, I will secure the court documents on monday next week and submit to the bank here in Nigeria.

For your request, I will scan and send the Death Certificate to you tomorrow but, the real name of my late client is Larry Conquest. The photo of my late client is affixed to the Death Certificate I'll send to you. In this case, it will not make any sense for you to disclose it to the Insurance Company in America to claim the money your late cousin left behind. Eventhough, Roman Conquest is not my late client, it does not stop both of us from claiming this $20 million from the Bank here in Nigeria. Remember what I explained to you in my previous mail. The bank will confiscate this money if I fail to present you as the Next of Kin to my late client.

To this, I want to re-assure you not to be skeptical about our business in view of the fact that, you are not the true beneficiary or NEXT OF KIN to my late Client. Don't forget that, A NEXT OF KIN TO SOMEONE CAN BE HIS FATHER, MOTHER, SISTER, BROTHER, DISTANT RELATIONS LIKE COUSIN, NEPHEW, NIECE, IN-LAW, BUSINESS ASSOCIATES,OR EVEN A WELL WISHER/FRIEND. If I leave this money with the bank unclaimed, they will confiscate it within a stipulated time. This is why I am worried. I will secure all our payment approvals legally in your name from the federal high court here in Nigeria as the bank requested from us.

Meanwhile, I have submited our application at the federal high court today for the procurement of the court documents in your name and address. I will pay the court fee of $10,000 on monday and it will be signed by the High Court CHIEF JUDGE same day. My only worry is how we shall secure the DRUG-LAW & ANTI-TERRORIST CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE from the office of National Drug-Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) here in Nigeria. I will go to their office on monday to ascertain how much it will cost us to secure the Drug Clearance Certificate. This certificate is very important for us to submit to the bank in view of the 911 terrorist episode in America. The bank in Nigeria will not pay the money to us unless we submit the certificate.

I will scan the Death Certificate tomorrow and send to you for your perusal and safe-keeping. Please, endeavour to call me on phone to enable us discuss and familiarise. I'll be waiting for your call soonest.

Your brother & friend,
Barrister Emmanuel.
