Here are some pics of restoration jobs I have done on some of my Ponies.
Sugar Sweet
Poor Sugar Sweet had the frizziest, most matted hair I had ever seen. It looked like her previous owner tried to brush it out and ended up ripping part of her head near her roots.
Summer Wing Glow
I got Glow from ajcoecoe's swapbox and she was a poor little mess :( Her hair was chopped... so I rehaired her using hair from Dollyhair.com in "pussycat".
Wave Jumper
I bought Wave Jumper in a lot of Sea Ponies from the TP. Her hair had turned white and was dry, frizzy and cut. Again I rehaired her using "pussycat" from dollyhair.com and Lady Daydreamer's ReRooting tool :)
Dancing Butterflies
My AWESOME sister found this poor manky Dancing Butterflies at a flea market in Montreal for $.49 and picked her up for me. As you can see she was in rough shape... All it took to get rid of the grubbiness was a good old Magic Eraser and I rerooted her hair with dollyhair.com's Golden Delicious hair.
Sugarberry
She had super haircuts! I used dollyhair's "sugarberry" hair and LadyDayDreamer's rerooting tool to make her a cutie again :)
Love Melody
I got her from ThirteenSpiders in a trade and decided to try my hand at repinking. I used hair conditioner mixed with strawberry Kool-Aid powder. I painted it on with a paint brush and let it sit for about an hour. I'm pretty happy with the results :)
SS Twilight
I got her from my local Pony Lady (who was kind enough to let me into her STORAGE UNIT where she keeps her BOXES of ponies). Unfortunately she had no tail :( But never fear- I am here!! I gave her a new tail using "pussycat" from Dollyhair.com.
