I offer these for you to try – the images suggested are to get
your mind working on the Elements.
Method
1) Choose one of the images.
2) Begin by relaxing the body.
3) Think about the image; try to get as many ideas/thoughts as possible from it.
4) Try to ensure that your mind does not wander from the chosen image, if you find it doing so, then just return to the image.
5) Write up all your thoughts as fully as possible.
6) Contemplate each image several times; you will certainly gain more information by doing so.
7) Use as many of the images as you feel comfortable with. If you do not want to use a particular image – then don’t.
8) You may feel that some of the images might fit better in a different element, make note of this and the ideas that arise when you contemplate the image.
9) Try to devise some of your own images for each element, and use these as well.
