The council want to evict the boys and demolish the house, but Vyvyan decides he wants to demolish it himself. Neil is prepared to kill himself until he realizes he's the only one who even bothers to look inside the oven to see if it should be cleaned. Vyvyan, Rik, and Mike fail to notice Neil's suicidal tendencies. They are too busy thinking about the notice to demolish their house.
