Tim Adams has been with Mid States for 20 years. Tim started out as a crew
foreman, supervising the installation of many millions of square feet of
commercial roofing. For the past 15 years Tim has been a
salesman/consultant for Mid States.
Tim's specialty is negotiating disputed roof damage insurance claims - helping our customers get every dime owed them after a storm loss. "The insured often assumes that every insurance adjuster is looking out for the insured's best interest," Tim says. "Most adjusters are honest, but there are some out there who are not, and the insured is wise to keep in mind that the adjuster works for the carrier, not the insured. Adjusters sometimes view their job as to 'limit' claims, rather than to pay them. The adjuster represents the carrier - we represent the insured."
Trudi & Tim Adams have one son, Clint, who attends Texas Tech University.
Tim's hobbies include flying and he has a private pilots license, although he
flies ultralight aircraft in recent years due to injuries from an auto accident.
Tim has a 2nd degree black belt in Ni Gojuryu, and has owned/operated several
small karate schools in West Texas in his spare time. .
