Just for fun
Working Paper 99
The famous "Working Paper 99" is submitted at most SPC Regional Technical
Meetings on Fisheries. Most of these memorable contributions are now lost to science, but
an assiduous search of old filing cabinets has rescued some for posterity.
The authorship of these occasionally scurrilous articles is known, but a discreet veil
shall be maintained for the time being in order to protect the not-so-innocent.
