SPC Outler.... The MAN, The Myth, The legend.I was born in Long Beach, California. At age 13 I moved to Missoula, Montana. At age 20 I joined the army.I'm now a Radar Repairer for the US army. The operaters break it. I fix it. It has alot to do with electronics and binary, but mostly I just sit around and change an air filter here and there.
